Save a Warrior UK is not just a mental health charity, it’s a community, a sanctuary, and a lifeline. They offer intensive support programs for military veterans, emergency services personnel, and anyone suffering from complex trauma, suicidal ideation, PTSD, and depression.
Their approach is deeply personal. Through a week-long, immersive experience known as the "Original Healing Retreat," participants are guided through a process of healing that changes lives forever. Thousands have gone through their program and many say it saved their life.
Spark Community Space

Spark Community Space is based in Portsmouth and is all about inclusion, kindness, and community. Their doors are open to anyone who feels isolated, forgotten, or left behind. Whether someone has faced homelessness, mental health struggles, illness, or simply feels lost — Spark welcomes them in with open arms.
They offer a warm, supportive environment where people can build confidence, form friendships, and feel seen. No judgments, no pressure — just space to be yourself and grow.
